Using the Vavan CRM
Manage accounts, contacts, activity, and your book of business in the Vavan CRM.
The Vavan CRM is the home base for your customer relationships. Every company you sell to or serve is an account, and each account collects its contacts, activity history, orders, and any signals Vavan has surfaced about it. Opening an account gives you a complete picture in one place rather than scattered across tools.
Because the CRM runs on the same shared model as the rest of the platform, the accounts you work with here are the same objects your other apps use. An order placed elsewhere, a delivery dispatched, or a note logged on a visit all show up against the account, so your record is always current.
Vavan also works proactively on your behalf. It watches your accounts for meaningful changes — a reorder coming due, a relationship going quiet, a promising new lead — and turns those into signals and suggested next actions so nothing slips. You decide what to act on; Vavan does the watching.
You can filter and segment your accounts to focus on a territory, an industry, or a stage, and act on a record directly without leaving the view. The goal is to keep you working your book rather than maintaining a database.
