Inviting your team & roles
Add teammates to your workspace and control what each person can see and do.
You can invite as many teammates as your plan allows from the team settings area of your workspace. Send an invite by email; the person creates their own login and joins your workspace directly — they never see another company's data.
Each member is assigned a role that determines what they can access. Administrators manage the workspace, billing, integrations, and team membership. Standard members work day to day in the apps — managing accounts, running their pipeline, and completing tasks. More limited roles are useful for people who only need to view information or work within a single app.
Roles are tied to your workspace, so changing someone's role takes effect everywhere immediately. If a teammate leaves, removing them revokes their access at once and their work history stays with the records they touched, so you keep a complete trail.
A good practice is to keep the number of administrators small and give everyone else the narrowest role that still lets them do their job. You can always upgrade a teammate's access later as their responsibilities grow.
