Connecting your ERP and QuickBooks
Bring orders, invoices, and financial data into Vavan from your ERP or accounting system.
Connecting your ERP or accounting system lets Vavan see the operational and financial truth of your business — orders, invoices, and the products your customers actually buy. With that data in the shared model, the platform can spot reorder patterns, flag churn risk, and tie revenue back to the accounts and reps responsible for it.
QuickBooks and ERP connections are set up from the integrations area using your own credentials, which are stored privately against your workspace. As with any integration, the connection is scoped to your organization and is never used elsewhere.
After connecting, orders and related records flow into Vavan and attach to the right accounts automatically. This is what powers the product-consumption and opportunity signals in the CRM — Vavan can only suggest a reorder or warn about a quiet customer when it can see the purchase history. If you run a system we don't yet list, reach out at support@vavan.ai and we'll talk through options.
