Common issues and how to fix them

Quick fixes for sign-in trouble, missing data, sync delays, and app glitches.

Can't sign in? First confirm you're using the right email and try a password reset from platform.vavan.ai. If you have MFA enabled, make sure your authenticator's clock is accurate, since a drifting clock can make valid codes look wrong. Still stuck? Reach out and we'll help you recover.

Data looks missing or stale? If you rely on an integration, a sync may simply be in progress — give it a few minutes. Check that the integration is still connected in your workspace settings; an expired credential will pause syncing until you reconnect. If a record seems to have vanished, confirm your filters aren't hiding it.

App acting up — a view won't load, a button doesn't respond, or the page looks broken? A hard refresh clears most transient glitches, since it loads the latest version of the app. If you're on an older browser, updating to a current version resolves many display issues.
